One of the most special moments from our Campaign Celebration this past Thursday was recognizing the incredible individuals, partners and organizations who went above and beyond this year.
These awards are a small way of celebrating the creativity, leadership, and generosity that power this Campaign — and the impact that reaches across our entire community.
👏 Please join us in congratulating our 2025–26 award recipients:

Thank you for the energy, innovation, and heart you all bring to this work. You are helping build a stronger, more connected community for everyone and we couldn`t be more grateful for your support. ❤️
Our Campaign Celebration was filled with laughter, connection, and so much community spirit — a true reflection of what our Community Campaign is all about.
Together, we raised an incredible $1.56 million to support vital programs across Peterborough & the County. This impact belongs to all of you.
We were proud to celebrate the leadership that made it all possible — including our Campaign Chair Paul Rellinger, whose steady, thoughtful presence helped guide this year’s success, and our CEO, Jim Russell as he prepares to retire after years of remarkable service and dedication to this community.
And if you know Paul… you also know he may have accidentally become the star of a few campaign moments along the way 👀

At United Way Peterborough & District, we believe in building a community where everyone feels seen, valued, and included. Autism is part of the rich diversity that strengthens our community.
Let’s move beyond awareness and continue working toward acceptance, accessibility, and meaningful inclusion for all.
We celebrate the courage, resilience, and contributions of transgender, non-binary, and gender non-conforming people who make our communities stronger every day.
Let’s keep fostering a culture of inclusion and respect for all!
