That’s the vision behind our NEW monthly 50/50 raffle.
Every ticket purchased is a chance for you to win and an opportunity for us to invest in our shared community.
Maybe you’re wondering – where exactly is the other 50% being invested? United Way Peterborough and District is proud to partner with 20 local charities working to address some of the most urgent issues facing our community, including homelessness, domestic violence, mental health, unemployment, addiction and more.
We also conduct local research to ensure every dollar we receive is going towards partners, services, and ideas that will make that biggest difference. So, when you enter our raffle you can be certain that every ticket you buy, and every month you enter that even when you don’t win big your community certainly does.

What a night. ❤️
Our Campaign Celebration was filled with laughter, connection, and so much community spirit — a true reflection of what our Community Campaign is all about.
Together, we raised an incredible $1.56 million to support vital programs across Peterborough & the County. This impact belongs to all of you.
We were proud to celebrate the leadership that made it all possible — including our Campaign Chair Paul Rellinger, whose steady, thoughtful presence helped guide this year’s success, and our CEO, Jim Russell as he prepares to retire after years of remarkable service and dedication to this community.
And if you know Paul… you also know he may have accidentally become the star of a few campaign moments along the way 👀
💬 Leave a comment and let us know if we should drop this year’s blooper reel (featuring a few familiar faces…)
