Just two little words...
“I can’t tell you how grateful we are for you and your support of United Way. To think that you made a conscious decision to help someone in your community. To think that you care enough about others that you chose to make a significant contribution to United Way. You care about your community – you care about us – about my family – thank you.”
Two little words we use every day (at least I hope we do) and often, we don’t even know we say them because it’s such a natural response. As we move into the final push of the 2011 campaign, we would like to take the time to say “thank you” to those that have already given – to all of our donors and supporters, our sponsors and our volunteers, for helping so many people and families - people just like Jason, Sandra and Jim – live their best life. Change starts here.
No one can do this work alone – but all of us together, can create lasting change.
