Agency Description: Offers Peterborough and area a broad range of mental health services and programs for those living with serious mental illness. Also a operates a Crisis Line and additional programs which serve a larger geographic area.
United Way Funded Programs: Health Promotion & Education offers workshops and presentations on topics related to mental health and mental wellness; an on-site library and resource centre; support groups – mood disorder and Survivors of Suicide; volunteer development and training; speaker’s bureau; interlink choir; information/referral; community development and networking; mental health week activities; and educational events.
